More than a seminar. A hands-on instructor development experience designed to build skill, judgment, teaching ability, and professional confidence.
Build The Foundation
Day one focuses on understanding the system, learning how it is taught, and developing the skills required to become an effective instructor.
Pressure Test The Skills
Day two shifts from information to performance. Participants are challenged to apply, teach, communicate, and demonstrate the material under supervision and coaching.
This is not a sit-and-watch seminar.
Expect to train, coach, communicate, problem solve, and perform throughout the weekend.
